Tom Croose - Cho Chua

HAPPY VIBES.

Sure one half of NY/LA duo Worst Friends, producer seems to have phonically named his project after a somewhat famous actor. But what this version of Tom Croose has produced with a track where he aurally explores the deepest stretches of the Brazilian jungles as if he took the field recordings himself with zinc smeared on his nose.

You can pick up the 12” single from Phonica Records that features this and a b-side that dons a dub version of this that is well worth the listen as well.

Western version of the Princess Mononoke characters.

San, Lady Eboshi, Ashitaka, Yakul, and the Forest Spirit.

Here are all of the character designs done for class! The assignment was to take a story and redesign the characters, changing the time period and style. I still have some edits to make and more to do with the project even though class is over. Stay tuned :)

g1988: What a night. That may have just been our craziest show ever, guys. Thank you to everyone who came out to the opening reception of “The Bad Robot Experience,” and braved the line for the whole night. We appreciate every single one of you, and thank you for allowing our process to work. But the main thanks go out to every artist in this exhibit. What a body of work. Every seems to have brought their A-game to this one and we can’t thank you enough for that.  Also, Usher. We’ll be posting the work online for purchase and viewing very soon.
